This is the place where we collect all things Diesdas; our company culture and philosophy, guides for new employees, and any interesting bits and pieces about the team and the company.

We decided to publish this handbook to give everyone a look behind the curtain, so you can see how we roll as an organisation. We hope that you find this useful.

Freelancing with us

We love working with and learning from skilled freelancers.

How to apply:

Email [email protected] introducing yourself. Make sure to mention your day rate and whether you could work from our office in Berlin-Kreuzberg.

We're looking for:

  • UI/UX/product design
  • Front-end and full-stack development
  • Digital Strategy
  • Copywriting

What you'll get:

  • Desk (not fixed) + screen + keyboard + mouse
  • Access to relevant Slack channels and time tracking tool
  • Coffee, tea, fizzy drinks, fruit and muesli

Process:

  • Sign freelance contract, data privacy regulations and NDA
  • Bill by the hour according to tracked time
  • Monthly invoices for longer engagements
  • Quick payment (usually within a few days)

Note on German law (Scheinselbstständigkeit): We’re not allowed to work together over extended periods if you don’t invoice anybody else. If this comes up, we’ll discuss options including potential full-time positions.
