Interview process
We want you to meet as many of our great team members during the interview process as possible. This is so you can get a more comprehensive understanding of our company vibe.
Process:
1. 20 to 30 min vibe call to
- Understand your work experience
- Hear, what you are looking for
- Get to know you and
- Answer potential questions you may have
2. On-location interview (in our Berlin office)
- We'll welcome you and show you around
- Two team members are eager to hear about your past experiences and projects
- For developers we usually do a more technical interview where we’d like you to discuss a technical problem with us to understand how you approach technical challenges
- For designers we’d like to get an in-depth presentation on one of your projects to understand your way of working, decision-making and approach
3. Time to reflect
- Work is a big part of life. Starting a new job is an important decision that shouldn’t be made in a day.
4. Final talks
- A couple of days after the interview, we’ll get in touch
- Typically won’t take longer than a week for a decision
- If we decide on making you an offer, we’ll follow up with contract details
Salary corridors:
We like to be open and honest about salaries, hence we will make you an offer that we deem fair and that (should be and hopefully) is in line with your skills and experience. To make expectations clear, we came up with these salary corridors, so you know what’s up:
Level / Salary (per month, before tax)
- Lead / 5,600.00 €
- Senior High / 5,300.00 €
- Senior Mid / 4,900.00 €
- Senior Low / 4,600.00 €
- Mid High / 4,400.00 €
- Mid Mid / 4,100.00 €
- Mid Low / 3,800.00 €
- Junior High / 3,700.00 €
- Junior Mid / 3,300.00 €
- Junior Low / 3,000.00 €
These ranges are adjusted continuously based on market research.
