This is the place where we collect all things Diesdas; our company culture and philosophy, guides for new employees, and any interesting bits and pieces about the team and the company.

We decided to publish this handbook to give everyone a look behind the curtain, so you can see how we roll as an organisation. We hope that you find this useful.


At Diesdas, we facilitate a culture of open feedback and are eager to hear about any suggestions or problems our team might have. In bi-weekly 1on1s we have continuous conversations about wellbeing, roles, challenges and growth. We don’t hold grudges and resolve challenging situations quickly – by finding constructive solutions that work for everyone.

Feedback is a two-way street. We're all learning continuously, and we place high importance on being able to give feedback honestly and in a safe space. Alongside the more formal feedback settings, such as 1on1s, ad-hoc feedback helps us grow together as a team.
