We decided to publish this handbook to give everyone a look behind the curtain, so you can see how we roll as an organisation. We hope that you find this useful.

Learning

We support everyone in getting better at what they do. Every Diesdas team member receives a yearly professional development budget for workshops, training, conferences or other things. And we never stop learning from our wide variety of projects and clients.

Quick side note: We’ve got a whole library of books about design, code and strategy in the office and everyone is free to lend a book or ask for a new one to be added to the list.
